SACRAMENTO – The bipartisan and bicameral California Legislative Women’s Caucus elected Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia (D-Bell Gardens) as its Chair and Senator Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley) as Vice Chair, effective immediately. Senator Connie M. Leyva (D-Chino) and Assemblywoman Monique Limón (D-Santa Barbara) served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Women’s Caucus, respectively, from December 2018 until this election of new leaders.
